Area Supervisor
Clint serves as our Area Supervisor over all the Quick Way Food Stores locations. He does an excellent job managing and overseeing the performance of the management team at each site. He helps set goals for excellent performance and quality customer service. Clint provides guidance and support with a friendly disposition to those under his supervision.
Janet Edwards
Food Service Supervisor
Since 2013, Janet has worked in many areas pertaining to the C-Store industry within Quick Way Food Stores, LLC. She was originally hired to be the store manager at one of our locations. Through her diligence and strong work ethic, she has worked her way up to be our Food Service Supervisor.
Jessica Music
Office Manager
For more than 17 years, Jessica has provided administrative support for the offices of Ballard's Petroleum and Quick Way Food Stores. After working her way up various office admin roles, she is currently serving as the Office Manager and plays an important role in overseeing the day-to-day activities. Over the years, Jessica has gained a deep understanding of the company’s history, culture, and customers.
Gerald Minor
Fuel Supervisor/Dispatcher
Since 2018, Gerald has been serving as the Fuel Supervisor and Dispatcher for Ballard's Petroleum. Prior to his current role, he was a driver for the company and, therefore, has an in-depth range of knowledge that improves his ability to run the company fleet efficiently. Gerald is a dedicated and hard-working employee who seeks ways to improve productivity and the morale of the drivers under his care.
Jessica Poole
Senior Accountant
Jessica has been serving as Senior Accountant for Ballard's Petroleum and Quick Way Food Stores since 2016. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana, and she is a Certified Public Accountant with the State of Louisiana. Jessica is competent in her field and believes that being reliable and trustworthy brings out the best in you and the company. Her dedication to preparing and updating the company’s financial reports assists the company in making sound operational decisions.
Dawn Minor
Administrative Assistant
Dawn has been serving as an administrative assistant with Ballard's Petroleum and Quick Way Food Stores since 2018. She works closely with the office manager and Senior Accountant to ensure many of the operational duties are being done correctly and in a timely manner. Dawn has a deep desire to serve those around her and is always willing to go the extra mile, doing all things with integrity.
